At Periodontics Implant Clinic, we will discuss all finances prior to any treatment in order to make it easier for our patients to plan their budget.
Dr. Shapurian is a provider for Delta dental Primer and we will submit pre-estimate for your treatment needs to your dental insurance prior to scheduling your appointment if that is better for you. However, Please understand should your insurance not cover what is "predicted", you are responsible for payment of any uncovered portion.
For other insurances, we are considered out of network. However, we will do our best to help you receive any benefit that you maybe entitled to by filing complicated forms with all supporting documentation on your behalf.
